Earlier today I was reading through a diary entry of mine from the beginning of this month and I realised how negative it was. I was clearly upset when writing it and I probably exaggerated some things, but even so it showed me that I can be really down on myself.
So now, I'm going to set myself a challenge.
- Go on 3 runs a week
- Complete a push ups, sit ups and plank challenge
- Become more sociable; perhaps join a club or jut talk to more people when out
- Save 10% of my wages for driving lessons and a car and car insurance
- Work harder at uni
Lastly, each time I think of something negative about myself, think of something positive as well.
